Salon Service & Retail Policies
Service Cancellation Policies
At The White Rabbit Beauty & Blowout Bar, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To help us manage our schedule and accommodate all clients effectively, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice:
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.
- In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the full-service fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A rescheduling fee of $20 may apply if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the original time.
- How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly by phone at (825) 413-4472 or via email at whiterabbitseton@gmail.com. You may also use our online booking system, if available.
- Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a legitimate reason for canceling or rescheduling on short notice, please inform us as soon as possible. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
- Frequent Cancellations:
- Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to prepay for future services or face other restrictions.

Hair Service Guarantee
At The White Rabbit Beauty & Blowout Bar, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that you leave with a look you’ll love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your hair service, please review our redo policy below:
- Request for Redo:
- If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please contact us 7 days of your appointment. We will work to address your concerns and schedule a redo appointment.
- Eligibility:
- Redo requests are accepted if the dissatisfaction is related to the service performed and not due to changes in style preference or outside factors (e.g., hair growth, color fading due to personal care or exposure).
- The redo service must be within 14 days of the original appointment to be eligible for a free redo.
- Procedure:
- To request a redo, please contact us at (825) 413-4472 or whiterabbitseton@gmail.com to discuss your concerns and arrange an appointment.
- Please provide your original appointment details and explain the issue you experienced.
- Service Scope:
- The redo service will be limited to correcting the specific issue with the original service. If additional services or changes are requested beyond the original scope, these may incur additional charges.
- No-Show or Late Arrival:
- If you miss your redo appointment or arrive late, the redo may be forfeited. We recommend arriving on time and notifying us in advance if you need to reschedule.
- Refunds:
- Our policy focuses on providing a redo rather than issuing refunds. If a redo is not possible or satisfactory, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

- We strive to meet all client expectations and will work with you to address any issues. Please communicate openly with us to ensure a positive experience.

Retail Exchange Policies
At The White Rabbit Beauty & Blowout Bar, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please review our exchange policy outlined below:
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be more than 2/3 full and in their original packaging.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
- We cannot accept exchanges on personal care items, such as brushes, combs, hair accessories, or nail polish, gift cards, or clearance items.
- Proof of Purchase:
- To process an exchange, please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchange Process:

- Refunds and Store Credit:
- Exchanges will be processed with a replacement item or store credit. We will not process refunds.
- Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for exchange or return.

Customer Conduct Policy
At The White Rabbit Beauty & Blowout Bar, we are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following policy regarding customer conduct:
- Respectful Behavior:
- We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our staff and other guests. Abusive behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or physical aggression, will not be tolerated.
- Definition of Abusive Behavior:
- Abusive behavior includes, but is not limited to, yelling, insulting, threatening, or using offensive language. Physical aggression, intimidation, or any form of harassment is also considered unacceptable.
- Response to Abusive Behavior:
- If a guest engages in abusive behavior, our staff will first attempt to address the situation calmly and professionally.
- If the behavior continues, we reserve the right to terminate the service immediately and ask the guest to leave the premises.
- Consequences:
- Guests who exhibit abusive behavior may be refused service and banned from returning to the salon. In severe cases, we may involve law enforcement if necessary.
- Feedback and Complaints:
